Omega 3 (healthy fat) rich plant foods = walnuts, chia seeds (suggest soaking), flaxseed/linseeds (suggest grounding them), algae oil, flaxseed oil, hemp seed, brussel sprouts and some leafy greens
Legumes = beans, lentils, soybeans, peanuts and peas, are plants with seed pods that split in half. They are an inexpensive, nutritionally dense source of plant protein.
Starchy vegetables (vegetables with carbohydrates) = potatoes, pumpkin, corn, squash
Non-starchy vegetables (eat lots of these) = everything else!
