Professor David Brieger is an interventional cardiologist and head of the coronary care and coronary interventions at Concord Hospital and Professor of Cardiology, University of Sydney. His particular clinical interests include coronary disease and atrial fibrillation.  He is the lead author of the 2018 National Heart Foundation of Australia and the Cardiac Society of Australia and New Zealand: Australian Clinical Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Management of Atrial Fibrillation 2018.
